Are you curious about nature’s secrets and love to tinker and get creative? Then come to the new Bio-Tinkering Workshop at ZAM!

Discover how mycelium – the root-like part of fungi – grows and how people use it. Try out what you can do with this amazing natural material: build fun shapes, paint them in bright colors, make them glow with LEDs, and take a look at them under the microscope. You can even create your own little glowing object to take home!

While you’re building and exploring, you can chat with friendly makers, scientists and startups. They’ll show you their cool projects and what they’re discovering about nature.
