max neo is a programme offered by MEDIASCHOOL BAYERN that trains young talents for their entry into the media - free of charge. The training modules include journalistic and technical basics, moderation for radio & podcasts and hosting video formats für Instagram and Twitch. max neo broadcasts 24/7 via FM on 106.5 MHz, DAB+ and via livestream - also in its own app.

During the guided tours, interested participants can take a look inside the studios where radio programmes, podcasts and live streams on Instagram and Twitch are created. Visitors can ask questions and discuss with the team. They will also be shown how working in audio journalism has changed over time and the importance of AI.
