Children's Emergency Course

Emergencies happen suddenly and unexpectedly in our everyday lives. In these often threatening situations, you can feel helpless and insecure. But even as a child you can do a lot!

We paediatricians and specialist paediatric nurses in the intensive care units at the Erlangen Children's and Youth Hospital would therefore like to familiarise you with the most important aspects relating to the topic of "emergencies". 

The children receive important background information on the most common emergency situations and we teach them through practical exercises how to carry out the appropriate first aid measures.

The children have the opportunity to deal extensively with the theory and practice of emergency situations under professional guidance - in small groups.

The course is aimed at children in all age groups from pre-school age. We are also looking forward to interested accompanying adults!
