The world in a computer - Interactive Visual Computing

Today, computers can be used to create images that are indistinguishable from reality, cameras can be used to steer cars and computer tomography can be used to visualise the invisible. This computing with images is called ‘visual computing’. Interactive demonstrations of the latest research work at FAU will show the possibilities and limits of this exciting field of research.
